Just when you thought the world was coming to their collective senses, out of the shadows steps a special breed of pandering nonsense......Skip Bayless..........the hold my beer for stupidity award goes to the espn moronic mouth piece.......wait , i take that back........we can forgive stupid, but Skip doesn't believe a word of what he utters....he is not moronic....he is calculating.....he is hoping he will earn some street cred by playing the race card and calling out teams in the NFL that passed on Shadeur Sanders....racist fools were his exact words.

The first and silliest point is that good old skip is basing this on 2 quarters of play in the first exhibition game of the season......hold off on chiseling that plaque in Canton Ohio please......it takes a little more sustained success ; maybe even some regular or dare i say post season success,  before they enshrine you in the Hall.

Secondly, i remember draft day well.......and while Sanders was dropping from round to round the word was abundantly clear that his interviews , not his play on the field, were giving teams a pause on drafting him. His arrogance and apparent feelings of entitlement were the qualities that teams were not excited to bring into their locker rooms........again.....a couple of TD;s in the exhibition opener and a muted post game press conference do not close the Book on this story......time will show who was right or wrong...but these teams are billion dollar investments....in a league dominated by African American players,  it is insulting to my intelligence to suggest that a team passed on Sanders because of race.

saw something funny on FB.....a guy i know was crying about Trump tariffs......apparently he bought hard to find part for one of his toys or musical instruments and was whining about a $23 charge for shipping...the manufacturer attributed this charge to the tariffs.........this fellow was able to retire in America well shy of his 60th birthday and is living a comfortable life........so even if it is true that the charge is really related to Tariffs, then i say GOOD........He obviously can afford it......the poor downtrodden that the left claims to care about are not on the internet buying rare parts from overseas....so these working men are spared......yet we all benefitted from the supplier paying that beautiful Tariff at the port of entry and only the elitist 1% that insist on buying imported goods will pay the tax........meanwhile the national debt is shrinking and should totally disappear by the nations 250th Birthday party next July.......shirley i jest.
