we talk a lot about Freedom and more recently, Freedom of speech......it is probably the most misinterpreted amendment to the constitution ...when i was in 4th or 5th grade they explained to us that the right to Freedom of Speech does NOT mean you can go into the Fortway Theater on a Saturday Night and scream FIRE......I guess the rest of the world missed school that day.

All actions, including speech; have consequences.....people have been suing each other for slander/ liable since the beginning of lawyers......but this Jimmy Kimmel story is really gone down the wrong path...colbert too.....nobody has stopped or prevented Kimmel or colbert from spewing their nonsense......they can stand on any street corner , attend a protest and ask for a microphone or address any assembly that will have them......but CBS and ABC do not have to offer them the platform to do it.and or pay them a kings ransom.....if it were a popular opinion that people wanted to hear OR if it was the good comedy they were hired to produce.....they would still be on the air.....if the ratings were high and advertisers wanted to buy spots on their respective shows...they would still be on the air......but they were both hemorrhaging money and losing viewers.......maybe the country sees through their tired act.....maybe the country is tired of being lied to.....maybe some people are believing their eyes instead of their ears.

the other night on the FIVE Harold Ford lamented that President Trump did not address the nation after the assassination of Charlie Kirk and preach peace, reconciliation and trying to turn down the temperature.........my question to Harold is, if Trump had given that speech, how would it have been received ?  The Left and the MSM media are opposed to everything that Trump says or does....if he is opposed to crime, they are in support of criminals.......does Harold really think the left would listen and take his words to heart ?  does he really think Norah O'Donnel and the rest of those washed out hags wouldn't pick on something in the speech and find a group think negative response....does he really think Schumer, AOC and the moslem squad would not find fault in his words and dismiss the speech.....the truth is you really do reap what you sow........they have unabashedly united to fight Trump at every turn.......countless silly elections at the lowest level of govt have turned into candidates fighting against Trump....every candidate on the demon platform this November will have probably run an ad or two bashing their opponent for supporting Trump.......so even if he made that speech and even if in the hearts they agreed....they simply cannot say that out loud because it blows up their entire agenda.

the good, the bad and the ugly benefits of having a doctored Firestick , is that i am still watching the NY channels for news every morning.....and so with that comes the political commercials this time of year.

Mikie Sherrill is a complete disgrace.......she is a deep rooted member of the democratic machine in the state, a state that her fellow demonrat Phil Murphy has run into the ground for 8 years....and yet she is running a campaign on all the great changes ( like freezing utility bills) that she will make.......if she had any "good" ideas then why wouldn't her pal Murphy implement them today? 

Truth is she fully endorsed the Green new Scam, and even went so far as to admit it will cost and arm and a leg, BUT you'll do it because you are a good person.......and now that utility bills in the state have tripled, she has no plan to address energy cost other than a price freeze.....waive the white flag and surrender to these new high costs, and freeze the prices so they energy providers eventually walk away from the state.....

The truth is , she is the white Kamala Harris....she has nothing.....when pressed by Marcia Kramer as to what's the first thing she would do as Governor she mumbled, bumbled and tossed a great word salad that would be the envy of Kamala....she finally said something about sending money back to the state to......to.....to do what what sweetheart ?  nothing.....she's running on her record as a former Navy helicopter Pilot and even recreates her time in uniform for her commercials ....side note, hero's don't have to remind people that they were once great.....true service speaks for itself.

she is a nothing burger.....the poster girl for DEI......no better than Biden announcing his VP will be a woman of color....ANY woman of color.

i wasn't ready for the anxiety this time.......a feeling of sorrow and a gut punch of being homesick .

This week for the first time...i will observe a September 11th anniversary outside my safe space in the garden State....i will not get to sit outside my garage on Edgewood  with a fire on the evening of the 10th.....and listen to the spirits rustling through the trees as they arrive......I will not get to raise a glass at Donnavans Reef or walk the seawall in Seabright or the boardwalk in Asbury Park or Spring Lake........i won't be at Off the Hook to see the Twin Lights of remembrance or Martells Tiki Bar ....I won't even have a somber afternoon beer in Brannigans with the rest of the lost souls band...

Honestly....i don't have a plan.....i'm lost, slightly.....i will find the ocean, and i will stare at it most of the day...i just hope the ghosts can find me......i will listen to my tunes......but it will hurt to NOT be in the Metropolitan area this year......i deliberately pushed my trip north  back 2 weeks because i was afraid of emotional overload....i didn't want to retire to close to the 11th ....a wise move.......but today....i wish i was there......i don't know what to expect down here in the south.....so far away from new york city......both a blessing and a curse.

yep, i smell a rat........Mandhani won the primary because the voter turnout was low, and few people were paying attention........most of NY, especially the women: were disgusted with Cuomo and indifferent towards Adams........the general election will be different......NOW everybody in the country is paying attention.......mandhani needs to distract people from his policies....distance himself from his own radical/socialist agenda, and somehow make this a rallying cry for the far left Trump haters.

In steps the NY Times......suddenly flooding the waters with stories about the Trump Administration injecting themselves into the race........supporting evil Andrew Cuomo over their own nominee (Sliwa) and the sitting Mayor who has cooperated with their immigration policy (Adams).

The Times is quoting anonymous sources (here we go again) that insist that Trump is offering jobs in his administration to Sliwa and Adams if they drop out and support Cuomo...........i smell BS.

I think this is a desperate attempt to make the race about the poor underdog (mandhani) against the big powerful political machine (Trump-Cuomo and other nefarious characters)......just another case of the evil orange man sending in troops to control the city....just like DC, LA, and Chicongo. the left loves to paint themselves as martyrs, casting a stone against Tyranny.....and the New York Times is more then happy to construct the narrative.

speaking of Trump and Crime........can you imagine if he sent the National guard into Florida, Texas or any other Red State......can you imagine if he made the Metropolitan area the focus of his crackdown on crime ? or if he wanted to protect the white suburbs of any state ?

well the left would be crying that all he wants to do is protect his own assets ( Mar a Lago, Bedminster or any of his hotels) and that this all just doing favors for his Republican friends and using Federal $$ and troops to preserve and protect white utopias....... .....yep, he is dammed if he does and dammed if he doesn't........instead he is sending help to the bluest staes and cities to help the blackest people and save them from their elected leaders.....racist bastardo
