well NYC came in 2nd place again....for the 8th straight year Chicago took home the price for the most rat-infested city in the US...the rotten apple was second. The Adams family of idiots have a plan to reduce the rat population even more....Garbage that used to be placed at the curb at 4:00 p.m. the day prior to pickup can now only be placed at the curb after 8:00 p.m....you do not need a 3rd grade diploma to realize this will have zero impact on the rat population, it's just a delay before the dinner buffet opens....but what it will do is perhaps keep the rats underground until after sunset......because if we do not see it then it doesn't really happen, it should reduce the # of calls to 311 for rat spotting. I was floored to read how many calls the city receives from people reporting rat sightings...why would anyone waste their time by picking up a phone to alert the city to a rat sighting? it has to be these transplanted hipsters from the suburbs who actually believe that the city gives a rats' ass about a rat sighting.

i'm sure you remember my advice to Donald Trump on the eve of his debate with Joe Biden....I implored the Donn to behave, stay calm, state his administrations achievements and above all else allow Joe Biden to speak uninterrupted. Trump couldn't do it, he shouted, interrupted and acted like a child...thus alienating a lot of people who were tired of the political discourse in the country but more importantly he stopped Biden from freelance speech and putting his foot in his mouth......thankfully Senate Candidate Oz got the memo,,,,he let Fettermen ramble uninterrupted and the whole country saw that this recovering stroke victim is a lost aimless, clueless simpleton.

looks like the Railroad strike that dementia Joe settled in September is back on ....call me crazy, but is it possible POTUS asked his union friends to delay this disastrous strike until AFTER the midterms?  quid-pro-quo? what were they promised for this delay? what was Saudi Arabia/OPEC offered if they delayed oil production cuts until after the Mid terms. 

so many commercials calling Republicans too extreme because they will not allow an abortion exception for incest and rape ...i had to look it up...what % of the 1 million annual abortions performed in the USA are for these reasons?  rape approx 1% , incest less than .5% ........so why oppose such a small number? well because if the exception becomes law, suddenly every unwanted pregnancy will miraculously be the result of rape or incest. i am definitely conflicted when it comes to abortion, part of me thinks there is nothing worse than bringing an unwanted child into the world, but on the other side is the fact that a heartbeat is LIFE...we have seen the images of faces forming and expressing emotion in the womb...if society cannot stick up for the most vulnerable amongst us, then we aren't much of a society after all.

i have been listening to Boomer & Gio all week to the callers complaining about the yankees and specifically Brian Cashman...i have tried unsuccessfully to call into the show....i will instead share my thoughts here.

I think Cashman was brilliant in his handling of the Judge situation.....he made a fair offer before the season and Judge refused....so Cashman leaked the offer to the media so the fans know that the team made a decent attempt to keep their star player... i think somewhere in the Yankee brain trust meetings there was a fair suspicion of Judge's ability to stay healthy for an entire season...I think they surmised that if Judge could not stay on the field for 155 plus games while in a WALK contract year, well then he just will never be able to stay on the field. I think they also considered that a contract motivated Judge would not only stay on the field but would be incredibly focused throughout the season since there were Hundreds of Millions of dollars on the line.....i'm not saying they thought he would hit 62 HR's but i think they were hoping he would tear the leather off the ball all year and lead the team to the World Series.

now from a financial standpoint....Judge's historic season made the Yankees a lot of Mullah.....increased attendance, TV Ratings and of course Jersey Sales all contributed to a big year for the Steingrabbers.......side note....if Judge walks...all those people will eventually have to find a new favorite Yankee and replace their #99 jerseys. (unlike when a player retires, it's NOT OK to wear the jersey of a player who leaves the team in free agency)

Is he worth it?  the money, Maybe....the extended years, NO......but two things you must consider....when faced with a white hot spotlight and increased pressure at two times....the pursuit of Maris in the last 3 weeks and the postseason.....MR. Judge crawled inside a shell and disappeared......i looked it up....in 44 career playoff games he has hit 13 homers with 66K's and a .211 average.....i know that is probably in line with most of today's players....but it tells me he is not worth the cash.

speaking of Cash(man).....if he keeps his job, that should tell you one thing....he is doing exactly what the owners are asking him to do.....sure everybody wants to win the World Series , but i suspect his marching orders are first and foremost, to keep us relevant without breaking the bank...and he does that.

now, why didn't this team win the WS ? i tie it back to the early season altercation between Josh Donaldson and Tim Anderson of the White Sox.....nobody on the Yankees came to his defense.... the Yanks have ZERO chemistry and a lot of it goes back to Donaldson...he is not liked, i think the black players view him as a racist and the white players just think he is a jerk.... i think that locker room is fractured...they are not a TEAM and they certainly didn't seem to be having fun.....all you have to do is look at the Phillies and see that Chemistry is priceless.....but hey, what do i know...i'm a met fan.

a million heartbreaking stories in the big city every day, we can't possibly talk about them all...but sometimes a story just reaches down into your body and rips your heart right out.....case in point Henriberto Quintana ......he was on the platform in Jackson Heights on Monday afternoon  when he bumped into an apparent heartless, soulless, vacant scumbag named carlos garcia......garcia dropped his phone onto the train tracks.....and insisted that Quintana retrieve it.....the 48 year old father of 3 said NO...and a fight ensued......garcia threw the victim onto the tracks as the train approached and Quintana was struck and killed.

in addition to 3 kids, Quintana leaves behind a widow who was waiting patiently for her husband to return from work to take her to her dialysis appointment....she is sick and unable to work....her husband switched jobs so that he could make it home by 5:00 to take her to her weekly appointments...otherwise he would never have been on that platform....his new job required him to leave his house at 4:30 every morning....13 hour days of construction to support a sick wife and 3 children.....a hard working, contributing member of society snuffed out by a career criminal and scumbag.

if there was a God that ruled this planet sometime long ago....i think he too grew disgusted and took a shuttle to a new galaxy....we are a hopeless, aimless collection of matter...speeding our way to oblivion.

talk about a swing in emotions....in 1977 i went from the euphoria on October 18th of attending the Reggie Jackson 3 HR game to win the World Series, to just 2 days later the sad depths of being woken up by my brother to the news that the Lynyrd Skynyrd tour plane had crashed, and the great Ronnie Van Zant was dead.

Skynyrd was on the precipice of becoming one of the Top bands in the world, the American version of the Rolling Stones. They were scheduled to play MSG in November and that would have been the launching pad to international stardom. 45 years later, despite being struck down before their prime; they remain on par with the Allman Brothers as the greatest band to come out of the American South.

Ronnie, the Jacksonville Kid; had all the qualities we admire in our Rock Stars....charisma, funny, hard drinker, unique voice, storyteller and a badass not afraid to tell Mr. Young where to go...the band had just released "Gimme Back my Bullets" in 76 and played a few nights at the Winterland in San Francsico to great reviews...(do yourself a favor and find the tapes from those shows....crisp, raw, rock n roll) a stint at MSG would have put them over the top. Alas it was not meant to be i suppose.... on October 20th 1977, on a flight from Greenville, South Carolina to Baton Rouge their plane ran out of fuel....26 people were onboard.... Ronnie, Steve & Cassie Gaines, the Road Manager and 2 pilots lost their lives....20 people managed to survive. (i had the good fortune of seeing one of the survivors Artimus Pyle this summer at the Basie) i often wonder what might have been had that plane not gone down.

anyway...clearly.....it's a whiskey day for me......and tons of Skynyrd on the stereo......i'll leave you with one of the last lyrics he wrote from the same song we opened with.... this has been a kind of vindication week for me.....the other day my thoughts on deliberate bankruptcy were echoed on Mornings with Maria and just yesterday the POTUS proved my point that politicians have no desire to solve a problem if they can keep voters dangling on fear of the original problem.

In February a leaked document indicated the SCOTUS was going to overturn Roe V Wade....the Demonrats went crazy, raised $$ and did absolutely nothing.

In June SCOTUS did in fact overturn Roe V Wade....the Demonrats vowed to codify, raised money, invoked fear...stoked the flames of discontent, promised a summer of hell, encouraged protestors and demonstrators to go after the Conservative justices ...but essentially did nothing with regards to abortion (righst?) 

Yesterday the Marie Antoinette of  the American Presidency, the ice cream eater in Chief said that he will urge congress to codify Roe V Wade...not today....not tomorrow......in January....BUT.....Only if the Demonrats do well enough in the midterms to "have the numbers" in Congress.......so he forgave student debt in effort to gain votes, he depleted our National Oil Reserve and he begged OPEC to delay their announcement on reducing oil production in an effort to keep gas prices low to gain votes, he convinced the Rail Workers not to reject his negotiated deal until after the elections in an effort to delay the impact of their strike and of course gain votes.....but Trump was impeached for telling the Ukraine we ain't giving you millions in financial aid until you clean out the corruption in your govt.

and as inflation roars, gas, heat, food and other staples soar....the POTUS eats his ice cream like a simpleton and says our economy is strong as hell and inflation is worse elsewhere......i wonder if that fat jigg reporter from PBS is still crying because Trump had the audacity to compare our COVID #'s to other countries in April of 2020. (it's not a competition boo hoo).

nice to see the National Organization of Woman and all the Pussy Hat lesbians come out in support of the Iranian journalist murdered by her Govt for refusing to wear a Hijab...and then they came to the Defense of Liz Truss , the new female PM of Great Britian for the harsh treatment she received by the media after only 3 weeks on the job.......yeah, well , cricketts.

let's start with sports...i know the games have changed and we just have to accept that....but how is it possible that the Yankees...after winning their division and having a week off before the post season started, have to go with a Bullpen game in their deciding game 5 tonight against the Tribe? i refuse to view this as progress...i honestly think professional sports are deteriorating to an unwatchable state.....i still care, i still check my phone every morning to get the prior nights scores....whatever sport is in season i am following it...but the actual games are either too long, too late or too hard to find on 1 of a million streaming services and channels....and i may not be alone......the Mets were 3,000 tix shy of a sellout in a deciding game 3...and as of this writing tickets are still available at face value for the yankees game 5.

I stand corrected....I must have misunderstood or misheard the MLB network last night....The Yanks are starting Taillon tonight and his is indeed a Starting Pitcher.........i apologize to anyone who may have been offended by my gaffe.

side note...was watching a netflix doc on John Mcaffee....in 2014 he escaped Belize and snuck into Guatemala ...an American citizen with a valid passport and he was worried about being arrested in the central American country for illegal entry and not having his passport stamped when leaving Belize....he says on camera that they will throw him in jail for 10 years unless he can bribe an official to stamp his passport......but all are welcome with cell phones and open arms at our southern border.

I have been saying for years that we are on a path to destruction in the US...and i think some people are catching on....Maria Bartiromo had a guest on last week and he said the carefree spending and economic moves by the current administration are more than just incompetent...he feels they are deliberately trying to bankrupt the country....we've been saying that for years....but why you might ask .....the world learnt after WWII that you will never defeat a UNITED States of America....we will fight to the death if ever attacked...we can only be destroyed from within........if you offer a man a bologna sandwhich he may scoff and ignore your offer.......but if you offer stale bread to starving man he will crawl across broken glass just to get the crumbs....and when this country is broke, when unemployment skyrockets, when people freeze to death in the winter and starve to death in the summer, that's when they will accept the Govt Nationlizing Big Oil or confiscating your guns if they promise you food and shelter.....but hey, it's only Monday...giddy up.

On Monday, Opec announced they were cutting oil production because of the looming global recession and expected reduction in demand. A business decision they are entitled to make and one that most US economist and Jamie Dimon have been predicting for months.

On Tuesday the Demonrats lashed out at Saudi Arabia ...suspected pedophile and accused child rapist Bob Menendez vowed to cut arms sales to the saudis , and the demented Chief said the saudis will be "Punished" for this decision.....interesting.

and yesterday the Saudis released a statement saying the White House pleaded with the Saudis and OPEC to delay this announcement and action for another month...until AFTER the mid terms elections....because they don't care if gas soars to $10 a gallon and the country is paralyzed ...they just don't want it to happen until after the election.....i wonder if we offered them anything for this delay ? if so it sounds like Quid Pro Quo ....when can we expect the impeachment hearings ?

we all have seen the homeless population in NYC over the past 10-20-30 years increase....homeless encampments under every highway overpass....the subways, penn station, battery park, you name it....and the city response has been minimal.......all of a sudden Gov Abbot start bussing "Illegal" aliens up from the border towns in Texas and in the blink of an eye Mayor Adams is Building a tent City on Randalls Island....and stating the City will spend a Billion dollars....i hope the wharf rats and sad sacks that have roamed our streets and eaten out of garbage cans for years, the lost souls of the 5 boroughs who are surviving on Boones Farm and the kindness of strangers are also welcome in Adamsville NYC.

Hochul and Adams are now demanding a Federal response and this close to an election you know they will get it.... considering these migrants were probably headed to astoria anyway, Gov Abbot did the city a favor by bringing this story to the national media with his busses. 

i was disappointed to see the outrageous prices that Dead & Co were asking in yesterday presale for concerts to be held in the summer of 2023.......$160.00 plus fees for the upper tier in Fenway......$500 + for the lower level at Saratoga.....add in hotels, travel and beeeeeer and i am afraid a road trip is out of the question.

I was very pleased to See Bob Weir and the Wolf Bros last week in the district....we were celebrating our Anniversary of 29 years living together and Bobby Ace gave us a present by encoring with a cover of Buddy Holly's NOT FADE AWAY ...whic happens to be our wedding song...thanks Bob.

interesting story out of Poughkeepsie. one man visiting his daughter at college was shot to death, the shooters had guns, bomb making material and a manual on how to make bombs in their hotel room. first the good news...it does not appear to involve any of the Bayrdige Marist alumni community, but authorities do believe they have prevented a serious attack on the school, early reports say the two shines arrested were planning on attacking the school and taking hostages until Marist met their demands....apparently they were disgruntled with the schools nickname of the Red Foxes and were insisting the rename the sports teams after Flip Wilson...we reached out to the Dunking Dutchmen...aka Rik Smitts for comment...but the most famous alumnus was back in the Netherlands and on Mushrooms.

well the Ft Myers sheriff is now under attack for not issuing an evacuation order until Tuesday...the day before Ian made landfall....i clearly remember that the storm was supposed to hit TAMPA as of monday night......125 miles NORTH of Ft Myers....so if they had issued an evac order they would have been sending their citizens out of their homes and directly into the Path of the storm.....like any storm it is always subject to change and everyone that lives in florida knows that....evac orders are recommendations and not enforceable...in the USA 2022 you still can't force people to leave their homes against their will thank God....most would have stayed.....i stayed in my home during Irene and Sandy ...partly because they heavy handed Govt does not always allow you to return home after the storm subsides....during Sandy the Police closed the Seabright bridge and did not let evacuee's return for a week....chose your poison.....despite looters from out of state coming into Monmouth County and cleaning out Mansions, the State Police would not allow folks to return to their own homes....so Fuck the Main Stream media....go back to reporting about Rhi Rhi and the Pepsi halftime show.

yesterday, while on duty and in uniform; a 61 year old EMS lt. was stabbed to death on the streets of Astoria. Allison Russo was a 24 year Veteran of the FDNY and she was nearing Retirement. She spent time in the aftermath of 9/11 at the pit of ground zero, like so many others in that line of service. A loner, probably deranged, scumbag decided that yesterday was her last day on the planet. maybe the assailant was too far gone mentally to be deterred by crime & punishment, but we'll never know. In a lawless land where anything goes and politicians vilify everyone that wears a uniform, murders like this are just a matter of time. Of all the shitstorm of stories we have to wade through daily while choking down our coffee...this one really bothered me.....when Armageddon comes and goes when anyone really remember her sacrifice all these years ? hopefully the people she helped over the years will stop today and acknowledge her passing...not that it matters.

nobody is that dumb.....the gas shortages are by design to inflict economic pain....this administration has killed pipelines, banned drilling and fracking and emptied our strategic reserves....again....NOBODY is that dumb. the other day there was an attack on the Nord Stream Pipeline ( Not Nordstrom Kamala) which will dramatically reduce or entirely postpone the amount of Natural gas that can be shipped from Russia to Germany this winter. A Former Polish defense minister is accusing the USA of the attack, while others are accusing Russia of sabotaging their own pipeline to further punish the EU and launch a smear campaign against the west...we ALL know Putin would never blow up his own pipeline...if he want to punish Western Europe he may turnoff the tap, but blowing it up would be counter-productive....it makes sense that the good ol USA was behind the explosion....at the end of the day it doesn't matter...what does matter is now the Angela merkel has dismantled Germany's Nuclear power industry, people will die this long cold winter while others will simply go broke.

A full generation is growing up with senseless crime as the norm, elderly citizens are prisoners in their own homes. saturday night in Wildwood Nj an illegal pop up party with vehicle stunts was held on the main avenue. 500 cars descended on the sleepy off season seaside town and proceeded to drag race and spin doughnuts on main street. in 2 separate incidents innocent people out for dinner were killed when first a car went airborne and crashed into a vehicle in the oncoming lane (killing the driver instantly) and a few blocks away a car jumped the curb and slammed through a liquor store window (killing a pedestrian unlucky enough to be on the sidewalk). wildwood police said they were faced with an invasion and were unmanned and unable to control the throngs....too bad buck tooth murphy sent 75 State Troopers to Puerto Rico to help with heavy rains.....the poor tax paying citizens in wildwood could have used them.

in howard beach a 30 year old woman was followed off the train and savagely beaten because she refused to talk to her attacker while on the train...this animal has an interesting rap sheet.....as a 14 year old misunderstood stymie he beat his Grandmother to death in bklyn because she refused to give him money....as a 20 year old he stabbed someone while in Creedmore in the face and neck and permanently disfigured the individual ....oh and of course he was out on parole.

in reality no lives matter....no lives have value to the dark side of society...and the darkness is overtaking the light....as we crawl excruciatingly slowly through autumn to the winter of certain death, the good in society are like the poor people of wildwood....outmanned and overmatched.

in queens yesterday a man was shoplifting in a Rite Aid.....they called Police and he fled.....he ran across the street and tried to drag a 57 year old man out of his car to steal the vehicle....he drove over  the double line up onto the street and through the front window of a KFC.....at a time when shoplifting is no longer even prosecuted if the theft is below $1,000 , why would this suspect up his own charges to grand theft auto, kidnapping, reckless endangerment and or attempted murder ?  because at the end of the day nothing matters.....it's all just a game...when there are no consequences for your action there are no deterrents to criminal behavior.

i just returned from a week in Folly Beach SC, and i am convinced that this country is beyond saving. what was already a slow decline of civilization seems to have been exacerbated by the pandemic/isolation/shutdown. Most of the people i encountered had an aggravated chip on their shoulder... a feeling that someone owed them something...that they had been taken advantage of and were not going to let that happen again, that they were the victim of the world and out for revenge. everyone seems to think that they should be first in line, that everything costs too much and if they succumb and pay the prices of admission anyway, then they should certainly get more, more, more than they were promised. the rare acts of civility that were witnessed felt forced and disingenuous....an obvious pandering by white America to the blacks to prove that they were ON their side....i wonder if the blacks are shrewd enough to see through it. and the phony religious people, the ones who are so blessed and accept everything as Gods will or a Gift from God; well they are the rudest human beings around. There also is a bizarre trend of people opening up to strangers, telling or retelling their entire life story, reshaping, omitting details   and painting a self-portrait of how they see themselves or wish others to see them.  One lady on the train talked across the aisle (loud enough for me to hear 2 rows in front) about her three marriages....her first husband and father of her children was an unhappy man and she left him for the good of her sons.....husband #2 was her childhood sweetheart who never matured, he unfortunately had a bitter divorce and spoiled his own children...so much so that she had to divorce him because again, she didn't want her kids to be exposed to those bad habits...husband 3 was absolutely wonderful and her ultimate soul mate...she met him 1 year ago and they married 6 months ago......she lives with him in Charleston sometimes, but refused to sell her home in Wilson, NC, where she spends weeks at a time alone ...probably banging the lawn guy, mailman and any other swinging dick that passes by the house while good old #3 is slaving away to keep his soulmate happy.....but why, why on earth do i need to know any of this ? then there was the 80 year old black woman who thinks business class means that the train is her home office and she is allowed to WFT (work from train)...with her fake, aw shucks southern drawl, speaking to people on the phone (LOUD) as the sweet little old lady, polite and a bit of a simpleton....all an act....as soon as she hung up she would call someone else and bitch about the person she just sucked up to....telling everyone that she's 79 but keeps working cuz she loves to help people...fraud....and these were the good ones.

the train home left Charleston at 9:00 am, but the last leg  at 8:00 on a Friday night from DC was worthy of a short story...i think if i read a full description of the train i would be skeptical....i would assume this was a collection from years of travel combined into one train story for the benefit of the reader...but i assure you this collection of insanity was not only on the same train, but within 2 rows in either direction of my fucking seat...i am the magnet for crazy...i used to enjoy being the craziest person on mass transit, the drunken maniac that other people didn't want to sit near....now i blend into the background. Across the aisle was a black lady that got on in Fayetteville and was drinking vodka and sweet tea for 6 hours before she had an epiphany that our train wasn't really Business Class , but Coach Class with assigned seats, she bitched, moaned and slurred her words to anyone that would listen...until another black woman who worked for Amtrak but was off duty sat in the seat next to her...within minutes they were arguing and threatening to have each other thrown off the train...the Amtrak lady put in her earplugs and started singing gospel songs loudly, the Drunk switched seats and started a new conversation with a bicyclist across the aisle ( this is isn't business class, this is coach, this isn't business class) the bike rider was a special douchebag....60 years old...rode his bike from Pittsburgh to DC and now was taking the train home to Westchester....total loser....wearing gym shorts with his bike and helmet stored in the overheard .....he went on to tell her he has a son with aspergers syndrome and the kid was a fucking pain in the ass....never settles down and was driving this POS crazy...then came the black guy with a French bulldog in a crate, he was a breeder and he was selling Coco and delivering the dog to someone in NYC....of course the crate didn't fit in the overhead so COCO was placed next to the garbage bin that was overflowing at the front of the car in the wheel chair reserved section, and the Breeder took his seat next to the bike guy in front of me.....scumbag hipster gets on with an electric scooter that doesn't fit anywhere...walks up and down the train 10 or 15 times...as if a secret compartment was going to suddenly appear that would be big enough for him and his man bun and his scooter....then come the drunks....two people in their late 40's with 4 bags , and they couldn't stand up or speak.....hammered and wasted are not fair adjectives....these 2 were beyond bombed.....they collapsed into the handicapped seats one row ahead of me and across the aisle....and immediately start talking to Coco and demanding to buy the dog.........conductor makes an announcement, THIS TRAIN IS SOLDOUT....if you don't have a ticket , get off now.......guess who doesn't have a ticket ?? 10 minutes after departure here comes to conductor into this wing of Bellevue to check tickets...the drunks are asleep; he wakes them up.... the guy takes out a wad of cash to buy a ticket on a soldout train...conductor says he is going to throw him off the train at the next stop...Baltimore....i can envision a 90 minute delay as we wait for the Cops to board the train and escort these drunks OFF....it's 9:00pm i left my hotel at 7:30 am...i have an uber scheduled to pick me up in Metropark at 11:00pm,....a 90 minute delay will push me to 1:30 am and obviously i would have to reschedule my pickup......thankfully the drunk says he bought tickets but he can't find his phone...conductor looks him up and confirms he has coach tix and they just have to leave business class.....drunk lady starts rambling again, THIS is Not Business Class, this is not Business class...they move to the Cafe Car.....the Cafe Car has been closed since Alexandria...the angry spoon that was running the cafe car has been on her dinner break and told everyone that she doesn't have any of the complimentary beverages because everything was expired...our fault ? nope, she blames the strike that was actually averted the day before....don't try to figure that out...thankfully we had a cooler bag with a 12 pack of pints each that we have been drinking since Chucktown......THIS is NOT Business Class, Business class has tables and free beverages......THIS is NOT Business class.....eventually we approach Trenton....1 more fucking stop...3 separate sets of  police vehicles with emergency lights flashing in the blocks around the station....but the drunks decide they are getting off the train...or he is.....she is passed out....conductor tells him this is NOT NY , this is Trenton.....drunk wants off....steps onto the platform......then wants to get back on but is standing on the platform arguing with the conductor....here we go.....conductor tells him to sit down and shut up or he's calling the cops....i am starting to think i should get off here and call Uber....thankfully the drunk sits down.........we get to Metropark....we decide to take the elevator because we have 4 bags....elevator opens......20 year old kid lying on the floor of the elevator convulsing, heroin overdose hopefully.....unfazed we take the stairs....

that being said, Folly Beach was nice.....great bars, friendly people.... sadly we encountered 2 girls at different coffee shops that could not make change....oh no, they had the physical pennies, dimes, nickels etc.....but their "machines" weren't working and telling them that if it costs $7.54 and the customer gives you $8 dollars ......how much do you give them back?  not a joke or an exaggeration ...these weren't teens or foreign nationals working on summer visas....these were mid 20's American females...ones that probably took 100K in student loans to go to East Carolina and get banged at Frat parties for 4 years...unable to make change with a machine........well, like i said....society is dead.

First of all it seems to be an illegal use of powers. At best and overreach by POTUS..at worst a bribe paid to a narrow group of voters where POTUS is lacking support....says who ? well ultimately the SCOTUS will decide, but for starters both Nancy Pelosi and Biden were quoted on record in 2021 as stating the President does NOT have the power to do this.

 So how and why did he? the white house is trying to piggyback on the heroes act in the aftermath of 2001 that gave the POTUS very limited power to forgive debt in time of national crisis.

what national crisis?  covid.....you remember that is the same pandemic that POTUS declared victory over back on July 4th 2021. covid is such a current crisis that the Fed Govt has stopped buying vaccines...stopped trying to enforce illegal mask mandates or shutting down classrooms. Fauci is retiring and the CDC is apologizing for getting EVERYTHING wrong from the outset.

at a time where (according to the white house) our economy is booming.... unemployment is at record low and inflation is roaring so much that the Fed has been raising rates at record clips...so why are college graduates seemingly unable to find a job and pay back their legal obligation? well, they're not.

so this clearly seems to be a violation of our election rules...this is a bribe....biden has no support from 20-30 year olds and so he is giving them between $10 and $20K in the hopes that they will return the favor at the polls.

I have talked tirelessly about the socialists trying to take down our Capitalist economy and throw the country into economic and social chaos, so they can in turn impose their will on the people .... well one little nugget in this bill that nobody is talking about yet. There is a provision that caps that amount of the monthly/yearly payments on the remaining loans a student must pay.....5% of your gross income...and after 10 years the balance is forgiven. This is a clear incentive to earn little or NO money for 10 years, so you do NOT have to pay anything back...this is a message to work off the books and or continue to live in your parents' basement...it's all part of the socialist playbook

if and when this gets to SCOTUS it will be interesting to hear the Govts case.....i don't have to point out the unfairness of this policy but maybe tomorrow we'll highlight some examples.

case in point.....last Saturday at 5:00 am a 52-year-old black man Kutin Gyimah was driving his cab in midtown. He picked up 5 black teenagers and drove them to Far Rockaway. They refused to pay their fare and instead tried to rob him, (guess he had something they wanted, money, and in today's society you just take what you want) so he chased after them, they circled him and beat him to death and left him to bleed out on the street. He was a married father of 4 young girls (8,7,5 and 3 yrs old) , he worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic to provide for his family and now in a flash he was gone...and the widowed mother of 4 ? what becomes of their family dynamic? without a loving father, a mentor and the structure of a nuclear family..what chance do these 4 girls have in a fucking slimepit that is new york city ?

the killers ? two 20 year old men....a 15 year old girl, a 13 year old girl and an unidentified young girl....i suppose that is what Gyimahs little daughters can look forward to......13 year old HO's hanging with 20 year old men at 5:00 a.m. in midtown.
