Kareem abdula jabbar Pierre ?

turns out some of that money she squandered went to Al Shrinking Head Sharpton......her campaign made a 500K contribution to big als foundation on the same day Tawanna Brawleys lawyer was set to interview Kamala for msnbc.......no conflicts there.......unfortunately good old al failed to mention this to msnbc , and they are not happy to have another dozen eggs cracked in their face.

so in the end it turns out that Heels Up Harris had to pay Oprah, Springsteen, Beyonce and even fat ass sharpton to be her friends....and the American public wasn't swayed by any of it.

well, i think i nailed that one......just one week ago i outlined the exact scenario that played out.....the only thing i miscalculated was the speed in which Matt Gaetz would withdraw....I thought January during or just prior to the confirmation hearings, but instead he withdrew yesterday so as not to be a distraction.

Trump immediately named Pam Bondi who should be a shoe-in to be confirmed as she does in fact appear to be a saint compared to the controversial Gaetz.(her main hurdle will come when they press her on election denial from 2020) .

Now Gaetz keeps the congressional case sealed....he lays low for a spell....and he gets an appointment to a Czar position that doesn't require confirmation......and for those that do not like that....you can thank Spoonjiah Obama for that.......he didn't even fill almost 15% of the positions in his first term because he did not think his radical pals could be confirmed....so he created Czar appointments for them instead.

I think our man Trump has learnt a some valuable lessons about life in the swamp.............get all the pieces in place first......then play nice for the cameras ....there is no need for...and no benefit from...confrontation with the media......don't give them their sound bites to rally the opposition.........real action behind the scenes will have a greater impact....let history tell your story.......half the country wants to go back to sleep...let them.....there is a time to gloat and bang the drum.....but this ain't it

Absolutely delighted with the Cabinet nominees thus far........although i suspect Matt Gaetz was a ploy.........assuming he does not get confirmed....it still could accomplish 2 things........first it will consume the dems and some Republicans...they will be so focused and adamant to stop Gaetz, that others will slip past the goalie........ they will pat themselves on the back for stopping Trump while the rest of his nominees cruise........secondly....and I am not applauding this, just stating the obvious........as soon as he was nominated for AG......Gaetz resigned from his position in Congress....thus the investigation against him dies in it's tracks........so now fast forward to Janaury....and they are lining up against his nomination......and so he takes the high road and withdraws his name .......now he is a noble figure and can get some other appointment and his sex trafficking's charges are in the rear view mirror.........not saying that is why he was nominated........maybe Trump likes him....but i think it was more of a way to help both sides....and then whomever he nominates next will look like a saint compared to the horrible Gaetz.......food for thought.

well election day is finally here.....like many others in the Garden State i voted early....last Weds to be precise.....and the lines were heavy everytime we passed the polling station last week/weekend....I think that is good for democracy, but it is essential for the people to believe in the process, and in order to believe the process we would need both sides to work together to ensure only citizens vote and vote only once......i won't hold my breath

Not sure if everyone heard the story of Peanut The Squirrel, but here it is in a Nutshell.....A guy opened an animal shelter in upstate NY and used a squirrel that he adopted and trained as a pet to make videos as a form of fundraising for the sanctuary.....he also had a racoon called Fred that occasionally appeared on Instagram with Peanut.....harmless fun ?  not in a scumbag state like NY.........some neighbor called animal control and the state raided the property....took Peanut and Fred with them....and they were euthanized before their owner could appeal the decision....

there is a lot of dark shit on this planet, but nothing seems to bother me as much as animal abuse....i hope there is a special place in hell for people that harm or abuse animals.... or some low life with nothing better to do than Rat out his neighbor.

now that they have been delivered, i can share with my readers that Bob has released the entire 1974 tour on a 27 disc boxed set.....this is the tour he did with the Band and would later release a live album titled "Before the Flood".....an absolute classic.........i read about the boxed set in July and due to expected demand they were limiting purchases to 4 per person.......so i had to narrow down the list of folks i thought would cherish these CD's....and then i had to hope that nobody stumbled across it on the internet and bought it for themselves.....i checked back last week and on Bobs site they are all sold out....so i am grateful that i acted fast.......good stuff.

there is a bizarre scenario developing thanks to the business side of Television and sports.

This year the Army and Navy football teams remain undefeated....they are slated to play for the 125th time on Saturday Dec 14th in Landover, MD.......with Army expected win over Air Force in 2 weeks...the Commander -in-Chief Trophy will also be on the line for the annual game.....with both team currently ranked in the top 25 this promises to be One for the Ages.......nothing could screw this up....except MONEY.

Both teams currently play in the American Football Conference for the first time.....and since they are both currently undefeated they are tied for the Conf lead.....if both teams stay at 1-2 atop the conf, they will meet in the Conf Championship Game on Friday NIGHT December 6th at a site to be determined.

i wish this was a terrible joke i was playing on you.....but it's not........the 2 teams could conceivably play twice in 8 days......once for the American Conf title and once for the CIC Trophy ....and if they split they will probably be slated to play each other in the Poullaner Weed Whacker Bowl in Port St Lucie on a Tuesday night of Christmas week in a glorified high school stadium , as seen exclusively on ESPN and sponsored by NIKE....because anything worth doing....is worth exploiting and doing to death.

speaking of Stars ....i saw a fascinating interview with Donald J Trump on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo earlier this day. As should be expected when a Brooklyn gal and Queens Guy are talking in 2024, the conversation turned towards the Amazin  NY Mets, and their improbable run....and President Trump did not shy away from taking full credit.

"you know Maria, i called Steve Cohen the other day and told him that owes me a debt of Gratitude...this run that his Metropolitan baseball team is on.....they're the hottest team in baseball since June...it's amazin...a lot of people don't even realize it,  but it's true....but it all started when my pal Grimace threw out the first pitch...and the fans went wild, they really did....and ya know the players looked out on the field and said hey...if this guy Grimace can do it....we can too.....and so they started playin really, really good baseball.......but it almost never happened...ya know i'm friends with the Kroc family for years and years and back in 2002 they asked for my help.......they had a lot of characters that were wildly popular....Mayor Mccheese and the Hamburglar of course and officer Big Mac and Ronald...everyone adored Ronald and they still do.....but one guy was floundering....Grimace.....he wasn't loved by the fans....he couldn't do anything right and they were thinking about firing him..he had 4 arms for a while and was being cast as the evil Grimace , it was really terrible for the poor guy, .but they called me and asked me to do a commercial with Grimace....and i agreed...but first  i told them you need to give him something really really good to pitch....so it was my idea in a way for the Big N Tasty Deal....and it was a great deal, it really was...many many people say it was their best sandwhich and their best deal by far...no comparison.....we pretty put Jack in the Box and Wetsons out of business...and after people saw Grimace in that commercial with me ..well his popularity soared..it really did....fast food historians still come up to me and Thank me for Saving Grimace". sp without Grimace who knows where the Mets would be...who knows

The Main Island in this atoll is DIEGO GARCIA.....Diego is the most strategic plot of land in the United States Military control.....The Footprint of Freedom......I was stationed there for a year in 1985-86 when the landing strip at the airport was extended by the Seabees to accommodate the new B-52 Stealth Bombers....it was a message at the time to the Russians that we can see you and we can reach you and we are having BBQ's in your Mother Effin backyard Gorbachev......and now we have over 6,000 military personnel stationed there......it is a strategic supply chain for troops and ships in the Middle East, Indian Ocean, The Med and Pacific.....it is landing and takeoff space for Bomber to reach China, Russia and Iran........and now it's future is in danger.........like most of the naive western world....the Brits don't understand what we have talked about on this blog since day one....our enemies are playing the long game.......the Brits think a 100 year lease on the island will be suffice.....stupid......also the chinamen will be living on and listening from the other Chagosian islands within a year or two..........so Americans can pat themselves on the back and tell themselves that Sleepy Joe was a good guy,,,and kamala a'int so bad..and go to the polls and insist that anything is better than the mean old orange man.....but in 4 short years we have lost Bagram air Base in Afghanistan and we are about lose Diego Garcia.

fun side note......me and Dano are probably the only 2 people you know that spent Time on that ROCK in the IO.......i was with the Squids on the Naval Support Facility from October 7th 1985 to October 6th 1986....and Dano a few short years later in 1990 ( i believe) with the Merchant Ships that supply/support the Military......there are only 2 real bars on the Island..the Turner Club and the Brit Club  ( how do i remember that ? not sure either) ..i know i was escorted out of both......i tend to think the Woodman was as well....

Great speech by Netanyahu yesterday.....he continue to speak blunt, honest truths and he doesn't care which snowflakes are offended......this time it was limp wristed Macron and France......he stated that Israel  is not only fighting the worlds enemy in Iran , but also facing calls for an arms embargo by their so called allies in the west...specifically France.......he pointed that that Iran is not imposing an arms embargo on Hamas, Hezbollah , the Houthis and all their other proxies after the oct 7 massacre and all the other attacks on innocents and yet the West wants to stop selling arms to Israel.

The West needs to wake up......their decades long policies of appeasement do not work ever....but especially do not work when you are dealing with blood thirsty ignorant animals that wish to turn the world back a few thousand years.......it is time to HIT Iran on the oil fields, and their nuclear program and hit them with everything but the kitchen sink........Russia is knee deep in Ukraine and will not come to their defense....and China will learn very quickly that NOW is NOT the time to get involved........and if the iranian people rise up and throw out the Religious leaders, then we have to support their rebellion and seek peace with the new regime....that's my two cents......

Ohio State donned their all grey uniforms yesterday.........love them or hate them, their traditional Scarlet Jersey with Grey -White-Black trim and #'s is one of the most unique and recognizable uniforms in College Football......if i was on that team or in the stands and they came out in Grey Tops and Grey Bottoms....I would feel cheated.....like when other schools abandon their 200 year old color schemes to wear all black....sad

sure feels that way sometimes........everything  is going up, up, up............property taxes, home insurance, transportation, you name it ...UP......and still the simple minds buy the simple lines.......an opportunity economy.....well unemployment is historically low....so opportunity is there.....the problem we have a govt that spends like a crack addict....trapped in the moment without regard or concern for tomorrow.

The demoralizing part is when you live in a country with a spending problem and still nothing gets built or improved....we gave  65 billion to the Ukraine the past 2 years and then a cat 3 hurricane cuts through North and South Carolina knocking out power to millions.... where is the investment in American infrastructure ?  our energy grid is vulnerable and we still have power lines above ground on termite infested telephone poles....politicians refuse to invest in the mundane boring upkeep and improvement of out cities and rural communities unless their is a photo Op or a ribbon cutting ceremony.......Our transit systems are worse than 3rd world.........Friday Amtrak launched an ad campaign for their new DIRECT SERVICE between Chicago and Miami........take a deep breath....this is not meant to be funny....they are advertising this as a great new option...they are proud of this.....the trip takes 47 Hours (if it is on time) and the ONE way fare for a single bedroom is $1,600..........by comparison.......a one way flight between the 2 cities costs $300-400 and takes all of 3 hours....... to all the Green Agenda people that want to save the planet by outlawing styrofoam cups ....i ask you, where is the plan for high speed electrical trains to reduce the number of planes in the air ? 

All the money that is pissed away and still we have veterans that were used as cannon fodder , sleeping on the streets......Frank Siller and the private sector are the only ones that get things done.....the T2T are buying shuttered motels  and converting them into communal private housing for homeless Vets....God Bless a guy like Frank that took a tragedy and turned it into  lifetime calling of helping others...nobody else was gonna do it....certainly not the government.

On that note i am disappointed with myself for not participating in the Tunnel to Towers the last few years....i am a coward.....that race at the end of the painful month of September just became too much for me on the mental and psychological side .....i was in a deep depression in the days after the race..and on race day i found myself struggling to contain my anger at most of the people around me as we waited for the starting gun...mostly at the teenagers and college kids that came out for a fun day and were not somber enough for my liking...i liked it better the first few years when there weren't many people.....just like i do with most bars......i still donate...and i may run one more time in the future......but i just couldn't handle the emotions...and that's my own fault.

let's end this on a positive note.......The Squids of Navy and the Black Knights on the Hudson are both 4-0....they sit tied atop the American Football Conference and both teams have a formidable passing attack and spirited defense......let's get both of these teams back into the Bowl picture......and there is a plan B for the Big game this year.......if my house is unavailable,... we had a skater step up and offer to host......hint.....we may be drinking icey cold Heineken from a Keg that day....

i am not a backer, supporter or fan of Eric Adams.....but i can tell you 2 things definitively.......he is better than the alternative and he is being targeted by the leftist weaponized Judicial system.

Williams is the ultimate liberal hypocrite......he hates the Police and has supported defunding the NYPD, yet he lives on the guarded military base of Fort Hamilton.....he rides around in a suv with armed security for his role as Public advocate , but is opposed to average citizens carrying firearms to protect themselves ......He is staunch supporter of BLM , Occupy Wall Street and Planned Parenthood.

Back to Adams......the meat and potatoes of the indictment circle around hotel upgrades, free flights and other gifts he received from Turkey while he was the Borough President of Crooklyn......victimless crimes......you, me and Poudneil were not impacted by the Adams family flying first class to Constantinople......or from him receiving a luxury suite in the Izmir Hilton........I was in Izmir in the Spring of 88......we drank Raki in the streets and visited some strip clubs....if Adams was there, we didn't see him......the only illegal action he is accused of , is speeding up  an inspection of a new Turkish embassy......he is not accused of forcing the FDNY to pass a building that was not safe.....just for requesting that they do a favor and speed up the process....

so these "crimes" happened over a decade ago.....why didn't this come to light when he was running for Mayor against Curtis Sliwa ? Or during his first year of his administration ?  were the Feds sitting on the indictments and holding them over the Mayors head ? Is it sheer coincidence that when the Mayor spoke out about all the busloads of migrants arriving on a daily basis and insisting that NYC was suffocating and could not sustain the invasion, that all his trouble began ? In fact....the Mayor was on his way to DC to speak out, Up and against the wave of migrants flooding over our southern border.....he wanted NYC to revoke its self imposed sanctuary city status.......and then he recd a call that the FBI was executing  search warrants and home inspections on many of his top aides and Lts within the administration.......this is just another example of the weaponizing of the justice system against ...not only your political rivals...but those within your own party that do not fall in line........once step closer to a bananna republic.

switching gears.....but i am very close to start Rooting for Russia in the war.......this guy Zllensky is a real slime ball.........we have given this guy 65 Billion in the past 30 months.....enough already......let's not forget that this guy is an Actor by trade....and he is playing the US for fools.....his wearing of Tshirts and camouflaged pants is getting old......why the fuck isn't sleepy Joe trying to broker a peace deal over there ?   or is he too busy denouncing Israel for not accepting his peace treaty with the Terrorists ? 

Class move by Johnny Torts......The flyers coach reached out to Mr Gadreau and invited him to attend the Flyers practice and workouts with the team....the grieving Father of John & Matt Gadreau is a high school hockey coach and Torts said simply he thought it might do him some good to get on the ice with the Flyers from a Therapeutic standpoint....and it wasn't just for show....Torts gave him the playbook and let him run some drills......and he even told Torts to go easy on the Flyers.....apparently Torts was screaming at the team to skate harder and Mr Gadreau reminded him that he only had 3 lines at practice....good stuff....Torts was always one of my favorites....

yesterday was a sad day by the Bay and across the world of sports....for those old enough to appreciate the Oakland Almedia County Coliseum in all of its glory in the 1970's.......it was sports and entertainment  Mecca for a decade or so........The Raiders ruled the AFC with John Madden, Snake Stabler and all the silver & black maniacs, Belitnikoff,, Branch , Villipiano.......the Sea of Hands win over Miami, Roughin the Passer over New England  and the Battles with the Steelers are etched in the memory forever.......and the Swingin A's in the Emerald Green and Gold Uni's were a Dynasty cut short.......3 straight World Series ...one of only 2 times in history to do that.....but even more impressive was that almost every key player from the 1974 team left via free agency and most won titles or played in World Series in other cities.....Reggie, Rudi,Tennace, Bando, Claudell and Campy.......Rollie, Catfish, Ken Holtzman, Darryl Knowles, Vida Blue & Blue Moon.......if they didn't have free agency that team could have won 7 or 8 titles...who knows ..........and Bill Graham used to stage his day on the Green concerts in the Colo....The Grateful Dead were regulars.....Lynyrd Skynyrd played one of their final shows there in 77 and the Gimme Back my Bullets tour......Led Zepplin closed out a North American Tour and the Rolling Stones and the WHO also graced the stage......   sadly i never made it there in person.....but it lives forever in my heart......the stairs to nowhere and Mount Davis...i doubt we'll ever see the likes of them again.....
