9 year old black kid shot to death on street in Chicago...... Momma crying on TV asking for someone to come fwd and say who done it........kids Dad is a gang member and he refuses to cooperate with Police.......# black lives don't always matter.......# papa ain't no snitch # the Rebel FLAG musta done it.....# whofuckincares .
