I knew it......I knew that SOB Trump was going to get us into WW III.....he's too unstable...always tweeting out nonsense. His son in law is Jewish, so of course he's gonna back Israel and stir unrest in the peaceful middle east.........he has a score to settle with Putin....he's going to provoke him into invading the Ukraine....and China ? he hates China....he only brokered that trade agreement as a smoke screen....his real intention is to taunt XiXi Ping Pong into annexing Taiwan ..........and he's so old that he doesn't really care about the long term ramifications of his actions or inactions.........he'll probably be dead or institutionalized before WE have to pay the piper..........

What this country needs is a return to normalcy , we need to put adults back in charge....we need the calming easygoing influence of a true moderate like Joe Biden. He's not too far left, he once sponsored a crime bill for goodness sake....he's a career politician , he understands how Washington works and he's not afraid to reach across the aisle to get things done.....he is a great unifier ...always has been. he's Amtrak Joe, a man of the people...he's not an elitist like that park avenue Trump...he spends his time at the beach in his shack with his dogs and his lovely wife (when she's not in surgery) .....yep, elect Joe and we'll get 4 years of financial prosperity and peace....not more of the chaos.

so I was watching the News and this Dude in Maine was in a hospital in July and he told the doctors he was hearing voices telling him to shoot up a military facility ....and they let him go home to his arsenal of weapons in 2 short weeks.......and my Dog Matteau said to me that he was amazed at how stable and sane i was compared to so many other fellas that served in the military.......so we cracked a few beers and continued our discussions.....Matteau also told me that 2+3= BEEER , and he thought i was premature in my assessment of the Rangers in general , and Alexis Lafrenierre in particular.....Blueshirts won their 3rd straight out west, blanking the Oilers 3-0 and Alexi has 4 goals on the young season.......

And so this never-ending circle goes around and around. As Israel continues to pound Gaza, they are hopefully crippling Hamas...but they are absolutely ensuring there will be a next generation of disgruntled arabs (claiming to be palestinians) willing to die if they can take some jews with them. I suppose you have to expect if a kid loses his parents and his home to a bombing, well then he will grow hating the aggressors. Facts won't matter to a person that looses their family, siblings, friends and  entire hometown. Israel has the right to bomb the crap out of this shithole and the survivors have the right to dedicate the rest of their lives to avenging this.

It is still quite surprising how quickly the snowflakes in this country...(the ones who are afraid of words and ideas) have rationalized the beheading of infants and rallied behind Hamas......how do you go from a hamas rally and chanting Gas the Jews to another rally crying that the words penmanship and history are sexist ?

I am happy to say that I was wrong last week about the Hostages.......4 people were released this week.....but i am doubtful that many of the original ones are still alive.

It is time for someone like Fox ( the only network that would dare) to research and document the moves of the obama and then biden administrations. let's be honest.....two weeks in and we have not seen a single video of the hostages pleading for their lives and begging Isreal to stop the bombing and negotiate....one has to conclude that they are all dead. I hope i am wrong, but i think if the hostages were still alive we would be seeing images and videos on the news 24/7.....also .....brain dead Joe didn't even mention them in his address to the nation last night.....my guess is he knows they are dead...and he didn't want to look stupid like MOOchelle obama when she released that powerful photo of herself holding up a handmade sign that said "bring home our girls" when moslems in africa kidnapped every girl in some village in zibabwa, zaire, sudan or wherever...take your pick......of course the girls were raped for a year and converted to islam or had their heads cut off......who even remembers........they certainly were never brought home.......anyway i think the Detroit Redwings are back in business....i think this is year 3 of the Stevie Yzerman administration.......the last two years he dealt players for picks and drafted well......mainly homegrown ...with a few huge FA signings like Andrew Copp......he is doing for the Motor City exactly what he did for Tampa Bay....building a dynasty.......I envision a Coyote-Redwing Stanley Cup Final in 2025 or 2026.........and suddenly the Rangers look older, slower and average at best.......i'm not a big fan of Shesterkin......i admit he is better than queen henrietta.....but that's not saying much.....that heartless swedish swine was the biggest imposter in Broadway history..........anyway.....2+3=BEEER.....go isreal, beat hamas....and hezbollah, and syria....and iran...........

curiouser and curiouser.....i sit here this morning listening to the Prophet Zimmerman on the ipod and the above song came on.....the title is "I ain't gonna go to hell for anybody" ...it was an unreleased gem from the late 70's i suppose....truth is even on his own website the lyrics and publishing information are blank......so i googled the lyrics and 3 or 4 different versions came up....none of which actually match the version i was listening to ( a live version from Toronto 1980) strange occurrences in the desert no doubt...although Dylan has always kept things interesting by changing the lyrics to entire verses to amuse and confuse.....anyway...i find myself listening to Slow Train and Infidels more and more.....he was spot on about the world 50 years ago....when others were too scared to speak the truth...he shined the light in their eyes.........case in point.

We are so weak it's actually surprising that China hasn't launched the missiles yet....one can only assume that they took my advice from last year and decided to stand back, save their ammo, and watch us crumble from within. The pathetic 80 year old Potus whispering and mumbling something about us standing with isreal was embarrassing....and then he said he saw videos of children being beheaded...and then the press office had to clarify that he DID NOT actually see the videos........like me in the schoolyard when i was 12 and i fell asleep in the 3rd quarter of the Monday Night game...and still swore i saw the Fantastic finish....unfortunately there is a little bit more at stake here....maybe.

so Friday did not turn into the day of jihad that was threatened, but that was probably by strategic design more so than our Intelligence and Police preventing anything. we joke a lot on this blog, but i am actually stunned into a partial silence at the events of this past week..

not that Hamas attack .....the murder of civilians, the beheading of infants in front of their mothers before killing the moms. .....not the rape of teen girls and the parading of their naked bodies through the streets.....that is barbaric and yes shocking.....but no i am not stunned by anything these lowlife scumbag animals would do in the name of their pedophile prophet.

not the response of the Isrealis....not the bombing of Ghaza or the callup of 300K reservists and the upcoming invasion....no, that is to be expected..

It is the immediate and very well organized protests around the world that sprung up so quickly.....with beautiful signs displaying a clear and consistent message......."almost as if it were planned ahead of time"....not protesting the butchers of Hamas.....but protesting against the victim...ISREAL. 

From the expected slums of NY and LA ....to the less expected streets of London and that great penal colony in the south Pacific......AUSTRALIA..........and in the land down under they were chanting "GAS the JEWS"......

many of the protestors were not of arabic descent.......they were white college aged kids.....the same ones who need a safe space and are offended by comics like Andrew Dice Clay and Sam Kinnison .....now they seem to be honoring and echoing Adolph Hitler........I must admit this to me was stunning. I remember learning the golden rule as a child....that if you do not learn history , then you are doomed to repeat it......and i have warned on this blog that the censorship, whitewashing the dictionary and tearing down statues from the past that we did not like would lead to this......but i meant 50, 75, 100 years down the line.....i honestly did not think i would live to see this........24 hours after their infants were beheaded, the victims are the target of worldwide outrage and the verbal threats of Nazi Germany from the 1940's ......if there is a God on Pluto , Saturn or even Mars....maybe it's time he ends this little experiment on earth.

i am not a conspiracy guy....but this does not add up.....How is it possible that a country like Isreal, known for being overly protective; with security that is the envy of the free world , allow a concert to take place in the middle of the desert on the border with Ghaza...and NOT have the entire concert site surrounded by the Military ? 

Isreal has already denied reports that Egypt called earlier in the week to warn that their intelligence agencies were picking up chatter indicating that something bad was brewing.

perhaps...just perhaps.....Benji met with his inner circle last month and said we need to allow an attack....horiffic  enough to catch the world's attention.....then we need to tie it to Iran.......and then we need to once and for all wipe Iran off the Map.....because the USA and British are pussies and will do nothing........and if Isreal does not take Iran out after this....well then it is Isreal that will be Nuked by Iran with the next decade....and we ALL know that to be true.

side note....maybe the fraud FBI sb looking at the Palestinians celebrating in Times Square and Patterson NJ....instead of arresting someone for breaking glass on Jan 6th.....i know you are reading this....how do you sleep at night you traitors?

as the death toll in Isreal rises to over 400 , you have to wonder how much nerve the Vegetable in Chief has to stand at the podium and say that America stands with Isreal. After all it was the money we just gave to Iran last month that funded this attack. How can we pretend that is not so ? How can the media report this story and continue to omit the obvious connection between us giving Iran billions $$ and Hamas suddenly having the funds to carry out such an attack? and our new york jewish community will continue to bury their head in the sand and accept no responsibility for their cousins being slaughtered. They had 1 ally in the white House in the last 50 years and that was Donald Trump......they worshipped  obama but he hates them with a blood red passion., he grew in Indonesia eating dogs and chanting Death to Isreal......they love dementia Joe and he too wants a stronger Iran in the middle east to keep Bibi in check.....and they refuse to see it or admit......the bible says you reap what you sow.....and that 2+3=BEEER....at least my version does.

well we know that Bob was talking about an encounter with Elvis Pressley , real or surreal; as Dylan himself has often said that he never met Elvis. Life will be even more confusing for the friends and family of our Navy and Army students this December. It has been reported that folks that booked rooms in the hotels around Gillete Stadium (Host of the Navy-Army game) have had their reservations cancelled. Why ? you might ask.....well because these hotels are now housing illegal aliens at the expense of the people that followed the rules and made a reservation. Yep, the great Commonwealth of Massachusetts has forced private business to accept these illegals and give the Boot to the registered and future paying guests of the Hotel. How far has this country swung in the wrong direction ? so far that i am doubtful we can ever swing back to normalcy.

where were we ? ah yes....the sad disappearance of the watering hole. I have always thought of the Great American Bar as so much more than a place to get a drink. It's a place to get your news, interpret the news and discuss the news with your neighbor...both the temporary neighbor on the next stool and the lasting citizens of the town in which you imbibe.

When i started my second stint in the financial district (after having been chased to the Garden state in the aftermath of the collapse of the towers) I found myself at a firm that discouraged drinking at lunch every single day, and so on occasion instead of going to O'haras next door; i would venture across the pit towards J&R Records and rediscovered an old haunt i had not visited in a decade. The BEEKMAN Pub........the thing i loved most was a separation wall that stood around 4 feet high and separated the Bar from the dining room.....it had a ledge and barstools beneath......if the barstools were all taken (which they often were in the golden age of alcohol , before the financial collapse of 2008-09) you could get a pint, order a burger and sit at the ledge and not feel like a redheaded stepchild..... i used to drink with my boy Dano in here....sometimes planned and sometimes we would just run into each other at the ledge.....we were both drawn to this bar by the same attribute but for different reasons.....we used to laugh the Nobody will Ever find you in the Beekman.....lost at the moment was the irony that we both quite often did find the other at the mahogany cave across from the Hospital......the Guiness was grand, the food edible, the prices were reasonable......but it was the bar itself that held the magic......the little stained glass sign behind the till that shouted Welcome to the Beekman.....and when you approached from the streets there were times when you swore they must be closed.....but once you opened the door it was like walking onto the field at Yankee Stadium. I mourn the passing of these great Cathedrals ....i feel empathy for those that never got to experience the emotional rescue that these legendary haunts provided. She was established in 1936.......she witnessed a lot of NYC history ...just a stones throw from the base of the Brooklyn Bridge and down the block from city hall....across the street from the hospital and the constant wailing of the sirens of the dead and dying.......2+3=BEEER
