well, i have been talking about this for a while......i'm not sure when the right time to go all cash is, but it's getting close......forgetting sides for a moment....the one thing the market hates is uncertainty, instability and the unknown ( it's really all the same one thing) , and mail in voting is ensuring that the election will be ripe with fraud and even worse...accusations and suspicion of fraud....that means that we will most certainly NOT know the winner of the Presidential election on Weds Nov 5........this election will be contested by both sides in different states......the counting of paper ballots will drag on for weeks.......leading to recounts.......lawsuits....protests....riots....demonstrations......lootin ( any excuse to get free shit)...and general public discontent that will make the George Floyd bullshit look like a picnic.....let's face it, anyone whoever thought of rioting and destroying property has become emboldened by the lack of response from Law Enforcement, they are convinced they can get away with anything....and for the moment they are correct......this will probably drag into December and eventually make its way to the Supreme Court.......the market has persevered the China Virus....mainly because with 0% interest there is no real alternative....but a contested election will throw the markets into a freefall......

that being said.....i think there will be volatile days in September.....and probably some big up days even as late as October.... but me personally, i have already started to slide and rebalance into very low risk investments......i don't want to have sleepless nights in November/December......i hope i'm wrong....i hope the market stays up and steady through year end....but i am willing to forego some significant gains in order to eliminate the possibility of significant losses.........i'll go back to the market most likely in January....and i am not selling all of my blue chippers in my personal IRA....but my 401K i am turning into a zero game for the last quarter......no gain, no loss, little int....but i know on January 1...i will have the same amount i has on colombus day......food for thought........Let's HOPE i am wrong

wow....just wow.......mayor debozo is now pointing the finger of blame at the courts being shut down for the spike in shooting across the 5 boroughs.

this is the guy that has insisted the whole legal system is unfair to minorities.
this is the guy that has been trying to shut down Rikers Island because too many people of color are incarcerated .....not because he wants to sell the land to developers.
this is the guy that pushed not bail reform , but doing away with bail all together.
this is the guy that 30 days ago told us the Police were the problem and that communities and social workers and  conflict mediators could do a better job.
this is the guy that emptied the prisons because of corona virus, sending violent criminals back into the population.

in an amusing side note......the city is booking all the rooms in 2 upper west side luxury hotels and sending the homeless there......sex offenders, mentally disturbed, all the all stars from the streets.....and the community ?  all these white women who were screaming that Black Olives Matter just a few days ago are now horrified that the Blackest of the olives are living amongst them.....One lady was downright Apoplectic , screaming at a reporter..."this is a family oriented neighborhood" well sweetheart  he's your Mayor.....and you voted for him, not me. I guess homeless black olives don't matter on the upper west side.

Well they weren’t actually in the street but rather camping on the grounds of city hall for the past 3 weeks or so....and mayor debozo who has insisted that he can replace the big bad policeman with Conflict Mediators and social workers , finally decided enough was enough . ......and so who did he call to get the job done ?

Hawk Newsome ? The President of aBLM chapter in the Bronx ? The peace loving demonstrator who declared that White people should not be allowed to live in Bronx and insisted that Jews want to gentrify and steal the Grand Concourse ? Nope

Eric Adams? The Brooklyn Borough President who insisted that communities can police themselves without inviting the NYPD into the hood ? He went so far as to advise brooklynites to talk to and reason with anyone setting off fireworks and don’t dare call 311......and then a young woman ( Shatavia Walls....say her name) was shot to death in the Pink Houses projects for asking a youngster to stop with his explosives.........nope he didn’t call him

Maybe he called the crisis counselors from Thrive? The mental health initiative and approach to dealing with crime, homelessness and substance abuse.....the taxpayer funded group that misappropriated 850 million dollars, the group that was run by the mayors wife.....former lesbian stripper chirlane McCray ? Nope he didn’t call them either.

By now you probably figured out that he did what all Hypocrites do.....he asked the one organization that he has vilified to come in and do the very same things he accuses them of doing.......cleaning up the miscreants, slobs and criminals that are illegally occupying city land and desecrating and vandalizing everything in their vicinity.

Did he at least OWN the decision?  Did he go on CNN as he has in the past to explain and defend his decision to end the encampment and his method for achieving this ??No
He sent the NYPD into the park at 3:00 a.m. and as of this writing has issued NO official comment or press release.....he’s probably sleeping and hoping that nobody will know what happened.

Yesterday.....July 15th......30 days after the NYPD was ordered to disband the plain clothes anti-crime unit .....that order came from Mayor DeBOZO and andrew evil eyes cuomo ......a group of black leaders rallied to demand the restoration of this Police unit....amidst the backdrop of a 1 year old child shot to death on a Brooklyn street at a family bbq  ( at midnight) and 53 shootings over the weekend, these leaders gathered at Cadman plaza and planned to march over the Brooklyn Bridge to City Hall...this Unity March was mainly black religious leaders from Crown Heights & Bed Stuy, but there were also Jewish and Muslim Groups participating.......but BLM and the Left would have NONE of it.......these indignant little white girls from the suburbs apparently want lawless chaos ( so long as they can take the LIRR home before sundown ) and they are fine with the shooting spree that is taking place in these black neighborhoods..........as the police were trying to clear the bridge so the unity march could proceed they came under attack from bat wielding animals occupying the span......on the other side of the bridge was the sounds of silence, nothing at all.......no answers for the grieving family of that 1 year old, just more PC political speak........all that they  had, it seems they lost......they must have really paid the cost.

Colin Kapernick did not have a problem with the Police when he was the starting QB in the Super Bowl. with media from 185 countries and 35 different languages on hand, Kepernick used this platform to talk about and show off his tatoos and took a moment to kiss his biceps. It wasn't until he lost his starting job as QB of the 49ers a few years later  that he was caught on camera sitting his broken down ass on the bench during the National Anthem...embarrassed, he said nothing to the media......two weeks later he graduated to kneeling.......and a week after that he wore socks depicting Police Officers as PIGS and decided to issue a statement saying his kneeling was about protesting Police brutality. Those are facts, you can look them up ....but hurry....because unpleasant history and facts are under attack......hopefully this blog stands the test of time and flies under the radar of the cxl culture.....truth is , even though i am just a little doggie fm new jersey, if i ever published this blog under my Dads name....well he would loose his job immediately.....so until he retires, i have to stay under ground....how is that possible in the freest society in the history of the world.?

incidentally.....may bozo has banned large group activities like the West Indian Parade and the San Genarro Festival through September....BUT BUT BUT he was on CNN last night ( i didnt watch but saw the clip on fox business) and he said BLM protests are exempt and allowed to continue......yep.....HYPOCRISY.

On Saturday my Independence Day playlist with loaded with multiple Charlie songs, he was a steadfast Patriot and loved America with all his heart.

This morning my music alarm went off as it always does at 3:45 and too my delight was blasting Charlie singing in America ( one of his finest songs).

It was starting to feel like Charlie was trying to contact me all weekend and so it Was a terrible shock just now when Neal Cavuto reported that Charlie Daniels died over the weekend after suffering a stroke.....I’m shocked and saddened.....I saw him last year at the Basie and he was great......I followed him on Twitter and for the last 5 years or so he would put out the same tweet every few days ....” Benghazi ain’t going away “ was all he would say.....he hated Hilary with a passion......he would also tweet Goodnight to the World and at least one bible scripture a day........this was his last one that I saw .

Oh my....in the little Italy section of Baltimore...on the Birthday of the Nation that owes so much to the brave explorers that founded this new land....the natives were apparently restless....they tore down a statue of Chritopher Columbus and then dumped it in the inner harbor...….I promise you this....I will never go to Camden Yards, the Inner Harbor or Fells Point again and I will never visit the city or spend a dime there....this city is not worth of our support......I suggest that anyone thinking of visiting that city ever again should think twice.......the Mayor made a statement before the weekend stating that they had higher priorities than guarding monuments...…...a signal perhaps to the MOB of animals to go ahead and do what you want, we won't stop you.
