so a multi millionaire has lost his job, is that going to help Lady Scarlett Knights sleep better? Are rappers going to clean up their lyrics and begin showering females with respect? Is cbs radio going to go shopping for kinder , gentler morning DJ ? Is white america going to stop using the N word ? 4 big NO's!!!
But there is a lesson to be learned, when hiring or promoting , things that happen everyday in the real word, a ----- is more trouble than they can ever be worth. Irish, Italians, Jews, Asains, even Poles ( see Craig) will assimilate and become part of the team eventually....they will be more likely to roll with punches, exchange digs and maintain their sense of humor.......but our brothers and sisters of colour will run to HR to get you fired........fact
