Elena Kagan & obamacare

it is uncomprehensible to imagine elena kagan sitting their with a straight face and NOT recuseing herself from the supreme court hearings on the constitutionality of certain parts of obamacare. As a member of the obama administration , kagan was involved in planning the legal defense of the law , and now we are supposed to believe she is going to listen to the arguments unbiased ? this is the only reason barry hussein appointed her to the bench , and yet we never even hear the debate on TV......too wound up over lamar and chloe getting traded to dallas i suppose.
