Time rolls on, and the band plays on

And so this upside down world keeps spinning.....good guys don't just finish last , But they are seemingly punished for their character....the NY football Giants have slumped to Arguably their lowest point in franchise history....they have dragged they 2 time Super Bowl MVP quarterback through the mud, surrounded him with an anemic roster, and a lousy coach and somehow blamed him for a 2-9 start to the season.....and how did Eli respond ? Stoicly... Professional and Loyal to the team.....AS ALWAYS.....in this season of the boycott I had already decided to give up my season tickets, but this move hurts.....it reminds me of the dispicable treatment of Tom Seaver...the franchise...by the perennial embarrassment NY Mets.....as much as I love the Mets...a part of me still HATES them.....and now the Giants join that club...... what is done, can never be undone...... I won't forget this , and even after mcadope and Jerry Reese are kicked to the curb....the stinging reminder of the way two GREAT GIANTS....Coach Coughlin and Eli..we're treated will linger....when those smug c*cksuckers Mara and tisch pat each other on the back after a round of golf at Winged Foot, they should know that all their money can't buy them an ounce of the class that Eli displays on a daily basis......... you've got to overlook the madness cause the spirit is blind and the people seem to know what to do.( Jorma)

Forgot to include this..... during the incredibly emotional interview with Eli in the locker room yesterday.....there was Soo much hooting and hollering in the background you could barely hear Eli at points.....his teammates should have buried their heads and felt shame for quitting on Eli and putting him in this position.....but instead they are laughing it up....at 2-9....with your QB getting benched..... selfish pieces of shit.....it was great to see Carl Banks, Tuck, Osi, Jacobs, Diehl David Carr etc etc coming to his emotional defense.

It's tough, when an era ends. It's tougher, when it isn't handled properly. Right on, Tom.

Reminds me of the time when the Yankees released ron blomberg - those ungrateful bums - didn't they know, he could have been a doctor - and a lawyer!!!

He was inducted into the National Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in 2004.

Don't lose hope, eli.
