The Electric Kool aid Acid Test

I read that Thomas Wolfe non fiction account of Ken Kesey, The Merry Pranskters, the Grateful Dead and the Furthur Bus when I was a freshman in high school... and I too was influenced by Mr. Wolfe... just as I was by Kerouac, Dylan and Robert Hunter....rest in peace Tom ...you made a difference....."just think of the millions, from all over the globe, who yearned to be on that island, in those towers, on those narrow streets..there it was.. the Rome, Paris and London of the twentieth century, the city of ambition, the dense magnetic rock, the irrestible destination of all those who insist on being where things are happening " Thomas Wolfe
