refusing to die

even with an offer of now $2.34 a share on the table , investors refuse to let the Bear die......BSC trading at $6.10 this morning.......considering the asett to liabilty formula says the stock s/b priced at $78.00 , I do not think it is unrteasonable for JP Morgan to pay closer to $20.00 than $2........time will tell, lives hang in the balance.
