woke last night to the sound of thunder ......actually to the sound of my heart pounding with Rage....Curlin ? Horse of the Year ?? cmon.......below are the results of the eclipse award for horse of the year 2008.....Big Brown 3rd ? two voters abstained ? from where does this lunacy originate ? maybe I am the only knucklehead that saw Big Brown dominate the season save one forgetable Saturday in June....what goes on around here?.....sounds like the NYRA boys were miffed that he went to the Haskel instead of Gracing Saratoga with his presence....for shame....even in the back stables it all comes down to politicos....
