So spoony goes to West Point and says the days of waging war are behind us.....he reiterates to the world that all troops will leave Afghanistan by year end....he traded 5 high level terrorists for 1 deserter.... And him and biden are shocked by the ISIS uprising just days later.........he may have well just hung the surrender flag atop the blackhaus for chrissakes..
