let this sink in for a minute.....put your political feeling aside for 1 minute and seriously think about the actions of this man ( Gov Murphy)
Gov Murphy welcomes illegal immigrants with open arms......Gov Murphy wants to offer them drivers licenses, health benefits, free college and financial aid. Gov Murphy wants NJ to become a sanctuary state....he does not want NJ law enforcement cooperating with I,C.E. and or assisting the Federal Govt to locate and deport violent criminals who are in this country illegally.
Gov Murphy also does NOT WANT New Yorkers who own second homes in the Garden State to spend time at their own homes during the Chinese Virus Pandemic....that's right...you live in Brooklyn,.....you and your spouse worked hard and saved money to buy a summer home down the shore...….you pay exorbitant Property Taxes 12 month a year ( even though you only live in the shore community for 5 or 6 months a year), a bulk of your taxes go towards the school system ( even though you send your kids to school in Brooklyn) You are every much a Citizen of NJ as I am …….but our shared Gov doesn't want you escaping the City and riding out the pandemic in the less congested area of your summer home...…...
we have reached a point where law breaking illegal immigrants are more welcome than law abiding tax paying citizens.
someone asked me this morning " why doesn't the Kennedy Center just refuse to accept the $25 million that Nancy insisted on attaching to the China Virus Bill "
when I stop laughing I promise to address that...…...but seriously the negative press attached with that 25 million would make "most" organizations at least pause and try to take themselves out of the furious debate.....but not the liberal Kennedy Center.
I often talk about hypocrisy...….and I have often wondered on these pages how America would react to our next National Crisis...…….would we rally together like 9/11 OR would it sadly further divide us ?
I think the people of this Great Country are Still Great.....and the people look for ways to help each other and not to point fingers of blame......sadly our politicians thrive on and feed off discourse....the sow the seeds of anger and stir the pot of animosity, and I doubt that will change in my lifetime.
I consider the real quarantine of having started on Monday March 16th (when the bars closed) which would make today DAY 13 ……..stay safe, wash your hands .

The Guardian Angels have had to lockdown Penn Station. There are no police. Anarchy prevails. At the top of the escalators at 32nd and 7th Ave. 8 big guys , fresh outta of Rikers, are starting fights and shaking people down. 4 transgendered prostitutes, fresh outta Rikers, are doing tricks for a dollar in the men's room. The illegals who were not here last week have arrived. They don't have the money for their weekly rent for a room, and without work, they are out in the streets. They are from Peru, Ecuador and Mexico. They are armed with knives to protect themselves from the others. Then there are the EDP's, the drug addicts and alcoholics. Finally the elderly. Women and Men in their late 70's. It reminds me of what's it's like in Jail. And I know because I've been locked up. It's Bad and it's getting worse. There are no homeless outreach workers from the city. And there are no THRIVE men or women doing interventions for the mentally ill. It is ANARCHY.
by now, you know the drill...buy more ammo...
