It is starting to look like the NHL will pull the carpet out from under the skates of my beloved Nomads, the Phoenix Coyotes. The team just announced last week that they decided on a parcel of land that they intend to bid on in June and the build their new arena with 0 public funds. the problem is that will take approximately 3 years and the League does NOT want the team playing in the 5,000 seat Mullet Arena on the campus of Arizona State...........that is the sanitized and partially true version that Mt Bettman is feeding to the media....but nobody logs onto this Blog everyday looking for MSM bullshit.......so what's really happening.?

Ryan Smith is the 45 year old Billionaire owner of the Utah Jazz basketball team and the Delta Center that they play in.....he wants another tenant and has made it known to Gary Bettmen that he wants  an NHL team.......he is incredibly wealthy and Salt Lake City apparently is an up and coming market.....and there's nothing Bettmen worships better than the almighty dollar.........so the rumor is that the NHL will buyout the current owner of the Coyotes Alex Meruelo above market price, and then sell the Yotes to Ryan Smith for an even higher sum, and since the Coyotes are 25 years old and have a good farm system and management team in place, they are worth more than an expansion team.......The Coyotes and their young stars move to Salt Lake this summer and play in a 19,000 seat NHL Professional arena this September........Meruelo uses his proceeds to pursue that land purchase and build his new arena, and in 3 or 4 years the league will award him with an expansion franchise........just another example of the rich getting richer....not stephan richer.

anyway...as the Rangers limp to the finish line and a possible first round exit....the future of the Blueshirts will be on display Saturday night at 6:00 on ESPN  as their top prospect , Gabe Perrault; and the BC Eagles take on the Denver Pioneers in the NCAA Frozen Four title game ...giddy up.

I hope right about now that the piece of shiite OJ Simpson is roasting away in hell and maybe , just maybe, for the first time is truly sorry for all the bad things he did as Officer Nordberg on Police Squad and those stupid Hertz commercials...........save a seat for biden Juice.

In their online obituary for the double murderer, the LA Times referred to Simspon as Trump....no joke.
