trying to read between the lines of the NY Giants....they haven't hired a GM yet and they just asked permission to speak to Dan Quinn (former Falcon HC and Cowboy def corrd) for their coaching vacancy.
i have to think that means they DO have their GM hired but can't announce it yet......and he has verbally told them he is okay with Quinn.
I am thinking it is Ryan Poles from The Chiefs and he asked that they wait until after the Super Bowl or the Chiefs are eliminated to go public......we shall see
