i feel like a broken record, but we are in serious fucking trouble......never mind worrying about the demonrats packing the supreme court.....how about teaching/reminding the supreme court what their JOB is....anyone who read the accounts of the Supreme Court hearing on vaccine mandates should be shaken at their core.

Sontamayer and Kaegen apparently have forgotten that their job is to weigh in on the legality of the Law, and NOT to write or dictate the law. their personal feeling and their quoting of covid statistics have zero place in the decision before them....let alone that sontamoyar is fucking wrong....she's hiding in her apartment on zoom and quoting meidcal statistics that have been debunked by both sides.....

for the record...she stated  " we have well over 100,000 kids in hospitals , many of them in serious condition and on ventilators "......the CDC and Washington Post for Christ sakes stated that there are currently 3,700pediatric cases in the nations hospitals.

But even if her stats were legitimate....her job is to decide whether the White House and O.S.H.A (the nations occupational safety and health Administration)  has the authority to mandate vaccines for Private Business.....nothing more.......this decision should not be taken lightly by the left......for it is not about the vaccine, but about the power.......i remind my liberal friends that you will not hold the reigns for eternity......and would you be OK if the next President ( Donald Trump perhaps) had the authority to singlehandedly pass a mandate on YOU.....perhaps he agrees with Mike Bloomberg and fears juvenile diabetes is a health emergency and bans Coca Cola.....or that obesity is a national threat to our readiness and bans all fast food restaurants and fatty foods, snacks, etc.

Justice Kaegan gave the childish analogy that people could decide to go to a baseball game , but if they did they could decide who to go with.....but workers do not have that luxury of deciding who they work with............hmm......okay....maybe she thinks that's a cute analogy....maybe she has never been to a ballgame....because you don't get to decide who else is at the game.....standing behind you in the beer line, using the restroom at the same time or riding an escalator or parked in the spot next to you....nice sound bite tho....she's so hip...

Justice Kaegen and her pals were adamant that COVID is an immediate threat and need this legislation immediately......but if it is such an eminent threat to all of US....why can't congress find a few hours to pass a legal and binding legislation?  and if it is such an eminent threat to all of US....why is this mandate only applying to businesses with over 100 employees?

If covid is such an eminent threat to all of US , why is there no Mandate that anyone receiving unemployment, social security or welfare be subject to the vaccine mandate ?  or anyone living in public housing ? or even the thousands of illegal immigrants strolling across the border daily ? whre is the heart and compassion for these people....why aren't we eager to protect these folks ? 

Justice Gorsuch questioned if OSHA has the power for this , do they also have the power to mandate polio or flu vaccines ? if not, why not i  ask ? because whatever reason they give would also apply to COVID.

side note...i looked it up....OSHA was created by President Nixon in 1971.....I do not think tricky Dick had this in mind when he created this administration... and i do not think that Congress at the time was giving away their Authority to pass laws for the health of the Nation for eternity......but if this is upheld, OSHA will become the most powerful organization in the Nation......imagine if President AOC appoints one of her communist Pals head of OSHA in 10 years.....yep, well like i said....Russia, China and Iran will not have to fire a single shot to take us down....we are doing a good enough job for them.

let's be clear.....i hate the government....but i fear tyrants.....from either side of the aisle.....this should frighten every American from Coast to Coast....people need to see past the current actors and realize this decision will live with us for eternity.....i do not ever want to live under tyranny and i am nauseous to see how quickly our country/society has been distracted and misinformed to accept tyrany as a form of salvation from the FLU....we really don't deserve independence...we deserve to be slaughtered.
